Ghostpepper is a luchadora chupacabra who was supposed to get married to Ghostbear in the unfinished Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles second season episode "Wedding Crashers".

Ghostbear's best man, Meat Sweats, failed to show up to the wedding, souring the couple's mood; Ghostbear was convinced that the wedding was ruined due to his absence, and Ghostpepper began to believe that Meat Sweats was only faking the friendship to steal her family's recipes. "Dr. Rude" impressed her with his rudeness and she took his advice to pitch a new best man for her fiancé.
