Muckman (known as Garson Grunge before his mutation) is a character in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Panini) comics and is the partner of Joe Eyeball.
This version of Muckman is branched off from his original version in the 2012 TV series. His history before the events of Panini comics is the same as that of his animated version.

Muckman makes his debut in Flushed. He appears out of a dumpster when the Turtles' fight with Footbots spills into his alley. Angered that his peace has been disturbed, Muckman plows into the Footbots and sends them flying. Muckman tells the Turtles that all he's been looking for is peace and quiet, but can't seem to find it. Rain abruptly begins falling and destabilizes Muckman’s cellular structure, causing him to melt and wash down a nearby drain into the sewers. With the aid of Joe Eyeball, the Turtles enter the sewers and begin pulling Muckman back together again. When they find the main portion of his form, Muckman says he doesn't want to go anywhere because the tunnels have given him the peace he's been looking for. Unfortunately, Tiger Claw and a gang of Footbots attack and Muckman comes to the Turtles' rescue. When the attackers are dispatched, Muckman decides to return to the surface to continue helping people.
