The Garbage Recycling Centre is seen in the 1987 TV series episode "Turtles, Turtles Everywhere".
It is controlled through the DUMP 1000 computer. Garbage is sent from a Robot Recycling Trucks into the Garbage Recycling Centre through a slide.
When Shredder reprograms DUMP 1000 to capture turtles, hoping for the Ninja Turtles to end up captured, it also leads to ordinary turtles being captured and taken into the Garbage Recycling Centre.
