The Galaxy Cops are an intergalactic police force stated in the instruction manual of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan to have been the ones who banished Krang (or rather, what was left of him) from his home planet. It is stated that Krang's natural body was destroyed during the effort to depose him, but it does not specify if the Galaxy Cops were the culprit.
