Vic and Vincenzo "Vinnie" Fulci, commonly addressed as the Fulci Twins, are two identical twin brothers and members of the New York City Italian Mob under the authority of Don Vizioso and are enemies of the Turtles in the 2012 TV series.
Bio
Vic and Vinnie Fulci are collectors of the New York Mafia under their patron Don Vizioso, who mostly take action when it comes to risky business – be it, to secure extremely sensitive material for transactions, or as bodyguards for their patron.
Both twins share a common feature, namely a scarring on their left or right cheek. The origin of these scars, is still not known.
History
- Casey Jones VS. The Underworld - They receive Shredder and his henchmen at Don Vizioso's restaurant along with the rest of the supporters of the Italian mafia.
- Clash of the Mutanimals - They meet with Tiger Claw at the docks to deliver the final component for Shredder's Mind Control Serum. When it got dangerous, they flee.
- Meet Mondo Gecko - They appear in the background as bodyguards for Don Vizioso.
- Mutant Gangland - They appear throughout the episode, obtaining weapons for the Don to destroy every mutant in New York and later hold Donatello and Mondo Gecko hostage. Here, their first names were revealed to be Vic and Vinnie.
- Heart of Evil - They are both arrested along with Vizioso.

- When Clash of the Mutanimals aired on Nickelodeon, the closed captioning misspelled their name "Falchi". However, their name is spelt "Fulci" in the credits of the episode.
- The twin with the grayed sides of his hair is named Vic, and the one with the full head of black hair is named Vincenzo and nicknamed "Vinnie."
- The twins' names have similar meanings. The name Victor is from Latin and means "winner" or "conquerer." The name Vincenzo is the Italian form of the Latin name Vincentius, which means "winning" or "conquering;" Vincentius is also the source of the name Vincent.?
