Lieutenant Fronski of the New York Police Department is in charge of the investigation of the theft of the Tortellini Emerald in the 1987 TV series episode The Great Boldini. Once he realizes the Ninja Turtles are in the museum, he suspects them of the theft, and tries to have them arrested.
