Freddy was a member of the Foot Clan during the events of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. He masqueraded as April's cameraman to spy on her. He discovered the mutated dandelions and brought one to Shredder to inform him of the improperly disposed Mutagen that had caused the dandelions to grow. Freddy later approached April to deliver the message about having the Turtles show up at the docks, or Shredder would unleash Rahzar and Tokka on Central Park.
