Frank Welker (born 12 March 1946) is a voice actor. He is best known for lending his voice as the infamous Decepticon Leader, Megatron, in The Transformers series. He also lend his voice to play Galvatron, Soundwave, and other characters in the same series. He also done work on Jem and The Holograms and G.I. Joe. More recently he respired the voice acting role of Megatron in Transformers: The Game based on the first live-action film Transformers and Soundwave in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
Welker voices both Rahzar and Tokka in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.
