Francesco Bulckaen (April 4, 1964; 57 years old) is an Italian voice actor who appeared various Italian dubs of cartoons and anime. Bulckaen portrayed Fred Rogers and Obi-Wan Kenobi in various Italian dubbed versions of Star Wars media.
He played Michaelangelo in the Italian dub of Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue.
