Forgotten Island is a location on the planet Eternia. It appears in the Turtles of Grayskull (mini-comics). The island is described as "a place with no memory". It is a small island, covered in lush greenery, with a single tall spire of rock jutting straight up from its center. The top of the spire flares open, with petal-like rock forming the edges and a relatively flat center. A tree stump shape occupies the middle of the flat area.

He-Man, along with two of his cohorts, leaves the Palace of Eternos to investigate a paradimensional alarm. By The Power of PIZZA! When the trio reach the Swamp of Gangoon, they are ambushed and drenched in a mutated version of mutagen. Before He-Man succumbed to the alien poison, he had the foresight to throw the Sword of Power as far as he could cast it. The Spirit of Grayskull, through Splinter, tells the Ninja Turtles where they can find the sword. It is on Forgotten Island and dangerous forces are working to find the sword. The Turtles travel to the island and locate the sword, but find Mer-Man there as well. They battle Mer-Man and manage to toss him over the side of the island's spire. Before they can reach the sword, which is embedded in tree stump, Skeletor arrives with the mutated He-Man. Skeletor orders He-Man to fetch the sword. He-Man leaps for the sword, but so does Leonardo. Both touch it at the same time and the Turtles, He-Man and the Power Sword are blasted back to the Dwell of Souls, much to Skeletor's dismay. The Spirit of Gray-Shell
