A Foot helicopter appears in the 2003 cartoon series episode Darkness on the Edge of Town. It is used by the Foot Technicians to pick up Chrell's powered armour from the East River.
The Foot helicopter appears again in Return to New York, Part 3. After the turtles defeat the Shredder and have short circuited all systems in the Foot headquarters, they take the helicopter in order to avoid the police.
In Worlds Collide, Part I, Donatello retrieves the helicopter from the junkyard where he has hidden it, with the aid of the Professor. Donatello performs evasive maneuvers in the helicopter in order to avoid the Triceratons, while he and the Fugitoid work to find a way to hide the Fugitoid's positronic energy signal.
Ch'rell also used a helicopter driven by his Public Foot Ninja in the opening of New Blood. Later, 3 helicopters to lift off Triceratons remains away from Central Park assisted by the Police.
A Foot helicopter is the transportation used by Ch'rell, Hun, Karai and Baxter Stockman to reach the hangar bay where the Foot blimp has been stored.
