Foot Tech Ninjas Episode 7 is card #48 of the 2003 trading card collection, series 2: The Shredder Strikes from Fleer.
Created by Dr. Baxter Stockman, Foot Tech Ninjas were developed to help eliminate the reptilian pests who’ve interfered with Oroku Saki’s plans. “My brilliantly designed cyber-armor enhances their physical abilities, giving them increased strength, speed and stealth capabilities,” said Stockman, who used a sample of the mysterious armor found by the Foot in the East River in Episode 6 to create these new ninjas.
