Foot Soldiers, often called Footbots or just robots, are the Foot Clan's robotic minions, usually tasked with carrying out menial labor missions or to wear down the Ninja Turtles. Unlike their Fred Wolf and Archie counterparts, they seem to have very little intelligence. They do not speak, though they will growl, and seem incapable of doing more than they've been programmed for.

The Rat King Gambit[]
Krang builds a giant Foot Soldier and sends it into the sewers to attack the Ninja Turtles. As each Turtle faces off against the monstrous robot, it uses one massive fist to bonk them on the head. At one point, it manages to grab Michaelangelo, but Mike escapes by biting the robot's finger. The Turtles and Splinter escape through a smaller tunnel and when the giant Foot Soldier tries to follow, it gets stuck. Unfortunately, its body is plugging up the only way out. Krang and Shredder send a squadron of regular Foot Soldiers, all programmed with 87% more tenacity, to pull the giant Foot Soldier free. They do so, but then the giant turns on them and a battle between the Foot Soldiers ensues. The giant is the last one standing and when the Turtles come out of the tunnel, it manages to bonk Raphael on the head before it keels over, completely out of commission.
