These Foot Ninja are an upgraded, cybernetic version of the current timeline versions, sent from the future into the Turtles' present by the Cyber Shredder. The first one the Turtles encounter, one with golden highlights, functions as the first boss fight in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Arcade Attack. In later levels, it joins ones with red coloring and blue coloring, as well as ones more in-tune pallete-wise with their mainstream counterparts in TMNT: Back to the Sewer.
