In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Foot Ninja are soldiers of the Foot Clan. They are recurring adversaries of the Mad Dogs.
History[]
The Foot Ninja first appear en masse in the episode Shadow of Evil. They are led by Foot Lieutenant and Foot Brute. On a mission to reassemble the Kuroi Yōroi, the Foot Ninja begin a search for the scattered pieces mystic metal. The Turtles encounter them at a train station and easily defeat the Foot Ninja. This is when the Foot Lieutenant commands "Randall", a new recruit, to fight them. The Turtles do not realize that Randall is actually Splinter in disguise.
During the events of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie, the Foot Ninja are mutated into Krang zombies.
