In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Foot Initiator[1] is a member of the Foot Clan.
Physical appearance[]
The Foot Initiator is a humanoid mystic construct made entirely from reddish-orange paint with yellow sclerae, dark circles under its eyes, and pant-like formations on its legs.
History[]
The Foot Initiator debuted in "How to Make Enemies and Bend People to Your Will". It kicked the faces of several Foot Soldiers who graduated from being Foot Clan recruits, including Jocelyn, to give them the mark indicative of their rank.
