Some TMNT stuff really isn't for little kids. |
In the 1991 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, Foot Headquarters had been set up in a junkyard. Unlike the headquarters from the 1990 film, it was a more conventional ninja base inhabited by adult Foot Ninja, and lacked the children's play areas the former base featured to entice wayward children to join the Foot Clan.
