The Foot Clan are the primary antagonists of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They are led by Shredder, whose efforts to acquire the Green Ranger's Power Morpher drive the events of the story.
According to Shredder's lieutenant Karai, like the IDW Foot Clan, this incarnation of The Foot was founded by Takeshi Tatsuo.
