Flora is a talking fedora hat perched on a girl's head, and the main character of the show Flora the Fedora, which is watched by Bebop and Rocksteady in the eponymous cartoon short. In the episode Bebop and Rocksteady watch, Flora wants to celebrate Sewing Machine Day by sewing something for her monkey friend Clogs, who soon introduces himself by doing a little jig.
