Fish Stix is the diminutive mutant fish sidekick of Ray Fillet. Based on his manner of attire (goggles, cracked safety helmet, and timer) and the dynamite strapped to his back, he is likely a munitions expert, although the fact that he is attached to the dynamite and the plunger is in his grasp, it's likely he's a suicide bomber.
Little is known about Fish Stix or his history with Ray, other than that he is Ray's "breaded" buddy (likely a reference to his name pun) and that he provides "aquatic assistance".
