Synopsis[]

Leonardo has Carmen take Lita back to the farmhouse while he and April investigate the distruption in the woods. They see Bob at the wormhole and mistake him for their version. Leo asks why Bob's there and April tries to shut down the wormhole, but they are interrupted by some bizarre creatures, which attack. Bob actually helps Leo fight them off while April works on the wormhole, and after they do, she tells them the horrifying news that Donatello and Venus went inside it. Bob extracts some QNA from April and slinks away, providing it for his "master". April tries to figure out how to get their friends back, feeling overwhelmed and way over her head since her expertise is in math and science and not any of this. Leo tries to reassure her that Don chose her to help for a reason and that she can use what she does know to help.

Meanwhile in the space between time, Armaggon ingests April's QNA and he suddenly reaches out to Don, Bob, and Venus with visions of his demeanor; he burns with hatred at Donatello for creating him, Don attempts to continue a dialogue with Armaggon, but he moves through a portal. They try to chase him, but end up in a separate branch of time. They crash to the ground and Venus is spent at having kept up a barrier spell while they traveled through time. They suddenly see someone approaching from a nearby village - an aged Leonardo. Don notes how different everything looks from the idyllic future that they saw when Big Lita took Rahzar and Tokka with her. Leo says they all drifted apart eventually: Raphael and Umeko split up and nobody's seen him or Pepperoni since. Jennika and Sheena left to start their own family, and Michelangelo disappeared into the wasteland. Donatello also left to become a sorceror and resides in a tower near the training grounds of the Aura Clan, which was founded by Bludgeon and Venus after they split from the Splinter Clan. Leo says they used to keep in touch via their gofu, but they've been inert for years. Leo reveals that he left after creating "children" but after Don does a double-take, Leo says he's already said enough.

Venus states that they need to head to the Aura Clan training grounds, but Leo insists that they should take a load off and let he and Koya prepare dinner for them. Don urges that time is of the essence, but Venus relents, saying she needs to recharge her magic anyway.

The next morning, Leo, Venus, Don, and Bob take Needlenose to the tower and training grounds, but as they approach, they see Armaggon arrive and realize they are too late. Don comes to the conclusion that Armaggon is traveling through time, targeting Don to prevent his mutation. The group heads down to the training grounds to attempt to save some of the members, while Don tells Venus that they could figure out how to go back in time and prevent Armaggon's mutation without the need for his eradicating Donatello. Before they can rescue anyone, Needlenose is crushed by a rock and devoured by Armaggon. Leo yells at Don that this is precisely why he didn't want to come there, that he just wanted to spend time with the brother he loved and remembered. Leo urges Don to run and gives him his gofu while he tries - in vain - to fight off Armaggon with his carbon bokken. As Leo is devoured by Armaggon, suddenly three visitors arrive - Renet, Big Lita, and an elderly Raphael.
