These are the Re-animated Foot Soldiers of the Tengu Shredder in the 2003 TV series Lost Episodes. They are first summoned by him in New World Order, Part 2 they would later appear in Past and Present and Enter the Dragons. Some of Karai's Foot Ninja, were also bought back as zombies, in Enter the Dragons, Part 2.
