Usub Gerstalk appears as a boss character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Manhattan Missions, working alongside Baxter Stockman. Due to the character's obscurity, he is often mistaken as an odd variation of Leatherhead, though his character's creation actually predates Leatherhead by more than two years.
Usub marches back and forth with a club in his hand, swinging it at the player's selected Turtle if they get near, or swiping with his tail. This fight is complicated by two Mousers, which accompany Usub.

Usub is a mutant alligator, with green skin. Unlike Leatherhead and concurrent with his height in After the Bomb, he is shorter than Baxter and the Turtles. Gerstalk wears purple pants and an open purple vest.
