Dr. Lesseau is a scientist, who appears in the episode "What's Michelangelo Good For?" of the 1987 TV series.
He has been stealing animals from the zoo and performing various tests on them, combining several types together in hopes of creating the perfect animal with all the best attributes which he could use to conquer the world and "Incidentally, get his job back as Director of the Zoo".
He is later defeated by Michelangelo and Dr. Jane Goodfellow when he abducts the other three Turtles.[1]
