Doctor Abigail Finn is an expert monster hunter, gifted biologist and technologist in the 2003 TV series.

She is a large and muscular woman, who wears a hunter type outfit: a brown jacket (with MW on the back), black pants, and gray and red boots. She has green eyes and blue hair. She also wears an unidentified large tooth on a cord around her neck.

Abigail Finn used to be a gifted biologist. Unfortunately, she suffers from an obsession over monster hunting which according to Donatello, has turned her into a certifiable lunatic.
Biography[]
Dr. Finn has a show called the Monster Hunter, in which she tries to hunt for monsters, with the aid of her assistant Parker. Among the tools she uses are ball shaped SORTIES, which have flight capabilities, on board cameras, as well as light electrical charges that can be used to zap prey. However, not many people take her seriously and the scientific community laughs behind her back.
When Casey Jones' neighbor videotaped Michelangelo in his backyard (luckily the footage was quite vague), Finn came to Jones Farm to locate the monster and capture it. Mikey and Donatello try to retrieve the tape but accidentally get trapped in the back of Finn's truck, though they manage to escape before Finn can identify them. Along with Casey, they later disguised themselves as the famed Green Man to scare off Abigail but coincidentally, the Green Man turns out to be real. Finn captured it and alerted the press, certain that this will be her ticket to the big time and her own network show. But the Turtles were able to swap the Green Man with a disguised Casey and retrieve the Michelangelo tape. When the press arrived, Casey accused her of harassment. As a result, her reputation was ruined.
