The Pan Galactic Alliance, as its name implies, is a multigalactic federation with parliamentary form of governing in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward. Bishop is its president and Earth is its headquarters. It evolved from the Earth Protection Force. It completely controls territories in a lot of galaxies, and is also a universal superpower and it is the biggest state in universal history.
Origins[]
The Pan Galactic Alliance was born in when Bishop, the head of the EPF, was saved by an Alien (Agent Bishop who was bent on defending Earth against alien invasions and he was xenophobic towards most Alien races at the time). This caused him to rethink his views on Aliens. If one alien could have mercy to save him, than how could he do any less. It turns out that they were fleeing tyranny from their native civilizations, and as result he made alliances with other civilizations to liberate them.

Governmental Congress
The Government of the Pan Galactic Alliance is a large governing congress that meets in the PGA headquarters tower the apparently are also judges. Key leading members sit behind a large head table from which final decisions, are carried out.
Armed Forces[]
The PGA armed forces are quite vast and skilled, and are more powerful than the EPF. Soldiers wear inner and outer power armor they can deploy with inner armor in case of an emergency. There are a lot of soldiers that are well equipped, well armed, and well trained. The plasma gun is very powerful as its power is 36 times more powerful than the Darius Dunn guns. It is classified by other planets as a heavy vehicle blaster cannon. Every soldier is equipped with one of the plasma guns that Baxter Stockman, who recently joined the PGA, had created. It made the gun three times as powerful as any gun weapon used in the Alliance. Bishop's bodyguards is in the Pan Galactic Alliance Army. They do possess a large aerospace navy. Its military combines all the pan galactic alliances arm forces, so they are all volunteer. They are currently at war with 24 races and a small squad of their forces is considered a small army.
