"Homeless Guy" is a recurring minor character in the 2012 TV series. He mainly speaks in rambling gibberish.

- Invasion of the Squirrelanoids - The first squirrelanoid attacks him and reproduces inside his guts, so the turtles take him to the lair, after the squirrel leaves his body Raphael takes him outside.

- Pizza Face - He is one of the pizza zombies.
- Attack of the Mega Shredder! - When the Mark X1 Experimental Alternative Urban Stealth Vehicle slows to a crawl, the turtles discover him seated on the toilet which is attached to the dumpster. Donatello uses a lever to thrust the toilet forward and dump the man off.
- Annihilation: Earth! Part 2 - He is seen sitting on a toilet as he is being lifted into the sky by the Heart of Darkness along with the rest of the Earth. The Turtles, April and Casey were saved by the Fugitoid and time traveled six months prior to prevent the tragedy.
- End Times - He is the homeless man who found the Super Shredder Mutagen in the sewers below the fight with Super Shredder and Master Splinter. He apparently got it passed onto more of the homeless people in order to create the Shredder Freaks that roamed the sewers, dedicated to bringing the Shredder back to life.
