The Large Foot Ninja is much stronger than the standard Foot Ninja and is set apart by having his arms and neck uncovered. In The Shredder Strikes Back, Part 2, he almost shredded Michelangelo with his sword after tossing the turtle on the floor quite violently. Luckily Splinter arrived just in time. He had to use some force to knock the large ninja out, which proves that he is quite durable. He attempted to sneak up on Splinter, but the mutant rat wasn't fooled and used his enhanced senses to punch the ninja without looking at him, knocking him out again.
