Dr. Dome is a super-villain who faces Bugman in a comic book that Michelangelo reads in the beginning of Michelangelo Meets Bugman. Having believed to previously having destroyed Bugman, Dr. Dome is shocked to see the hero alive. He then blasts Bugman with his "Raid-o-Gas Bug Bomb". Splinter interrupts Michelangelo's reading before the rest of the story can play out.

- Dr. Dome has a similar basic conceptual design to the Mirage Comics character of the same name.
- His Raid-o-Gas Bug Bomb (fired from a ray gun) seems to be a play on the Raid brand of extermination products. Bugman's pained cry of "Raid-o!" as he is hit echoes the bugs in Raid's commercials when they discover or are subjected to the product.
