Captain Flich is a modern-day pirate, using high-tech. He appears in the episode Raphael Meets His Match of the 1987 TMNT cartoon, and uses a submarine. He is defeated by Raphael and Mona Lisa.[1]
He is a responsible for the mutation of Mona Lisa., He created fish mutants for his crew and he is a pirate.
He takes hostages in the ship and confronts the turtles. After his defeat and the destruction of his submarine he is arrested.
