As described in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness by Palladium Books, the Feral Mansion is the home of scientist-businessman Dr. Victor Feral, and a recurring location in BIO-Spawn scenarios.
Above ground, the mansion contains 38 rooms, including a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a shooting range, a number of guestrooms, and spacious grounds. Here lives Feral himself along with his personal incognito mutant aide Otto Rattus, Feral's accountant-bookkeeper Donald Westlake, Feral's butler Thomas Golightly, Feral's housekeeper Maria Chen, and Maria's daughter Wendy.
Accessible only from Feral's bedroom and a rear loading area near the kitchen, the far more massive underground portion of the Feral Mansion complex contains Feral's secret mutant laboratories, detention facilities for laboratory subjects, and storage compartments. Down here, Karl serves as Feral's primary lab assistant, while Igor tends to the detained lab subjects.
