Felix is a mutant bear child and son of Laurel, a mutant rabbit. He is one of the many mutant children in Mutant Town that was kidnapped by The Slithery before being rescued by the turtles. Felix's mother, Laurel goes to the dojo in issue 106 to ask for help in finding her son. They begin their search for him, and for Lita as well, because she ran away. Lita is also kidnapped by The Slithery.
Felix is the first mutant child to speak to Lita after she awakens inside the pit with all the other kidnapped children. When the Turtles are climbing the pit walls in issue 108, Felix clings to Raphael's back. With April O'Neil's help, the children are all returned to their families.
