Family Home Entertainment was an American home video company, founded in 1980 by Noel C. Bloom. From 1988 to 1996, the company released dozens of episodes of the 1987 TV series to home video; it also released the original VHS release of the first live-action film. In 2003, the company was purchased by later mini-major film studio Lions Gate Entertainment.
