Fabrice is the former leader of the Savate Ninja clan in the IDW continuity. Unlike his second-in-command Victor, Fabrice was willing to pay tribute to the Shredder in order to avoid conflict. As such, he sent five million dollars in diamonds to a scheduled rendezvous with the Foot Clan.
However, he was extremely agitated after the car carrying the diamonds crashed, and the briefcase it was in went missing, believing that the crash had been a deliberate act. He sent Victor and a troop of Savate Ninjas to reclaim the briefcase, but later decided to show up himself when he learned that the briefcase had been taken to the Skara Brae.
He arrived in time to confront arbiter Louis Royo and bodyguard Max Frezatto, who had just arrived with crooked cops Frank Corbin and Richard Miller. During the resulting fight between the Savate and the Purple Dragons, the police were called by Angel Bridge, and Fabrice was soon arrested.
