Evil Donatello is one of the Evil Turtles in the Turtles of Terror issue of the Fleetway comics. He lives on an alternate Earth where its counterpart of the Hero Turtles are criminals. When the Evil Turtles rob a bank on their Earth, he is seen holding the sack with money. Shredder brings him and his brothers to the Technodrome to defeat the good Turtles. Splinter begins to suspect that something is wrong when he sees Evil Donatello using his left-hand, noting that Don has always been right-handed. This occurs after Evil Donatello pretends to have a woozy attack to avoid letting the good Turtles know he is incapable of repairing the TV, as in his dimension, Evil Leonardo is the inventor. The Evil Turtles fail, and are eventually teleported away by Shredder.
