The Electronics Nullifying Device Missile—referred to as the E.N.D. Missile—was a device created by Professor Honeycutt in order to defeat the enemies of the Neutrino people with minimal casualties. It employed bursts of high-powered microwaves that disabled an enemy's electronics, allowing them to be disarmed at a distance without collateral damage.
The missile was used during the Krang War arc, when it was successfully employed against Krang's Stone Soldiers. However, a fundamental flaw was revealed when Krang himself was confronted, as he had weapons operating on a different frequency than his army, meaning that his electronics were fully functional.
