Synopsis[]

In the sewer the Tortugas Ninja battle Bebop and Rocoso. Suddenly, an anthropomorphic gray ocelot in an Indiana Jones costume appears out of thin air and drops onto the ground. He is soon followed by a large green toad sumō monk who calls himself El Gran Bonzo. Bonzo attacks the ocelot, Moycat, and the Tortugas decide to help him, as Bebop and Rocoso flee.

The Bonzo clobbers Moycat, and Miguel Ángel responds by assaulting him. Miguel, too, is knocked away. Donatelo knocks the Bonzo into the portal from whence he came. Moycat closes the portal and thanks the Tortugas and they head to the Tortuga Lair to meet Splinter and so he can tell them his story.

Moycat hails from a planet called Magard, which has a similar society to Earth's, but populated with anthropomorphic animals. Moycat, a police inspector, was hired to track down who stole a statue called the Ídolo de Mácri. When Moycat discovered that the culprit was the recently installed dictator. Glutter, he was arrested by his own boss, who had been put under the thrall of the statue. While in prison, Moycat discovered that Glutter had discovered a planet similar enough to his own - Earth - and was primed to invade it. Moycat escaped to try to save Earth, but was tracked down by El Gran Bonzo.

Meanwhile, back on Magard, Glutter berates El Gran Bonzo for letting Moycat escape, and drops him through a trapdoor in his office floor.

Back in New York, Donatelo work on Moycat's portal device so they can travel to Magard and meet up with his contacts. In the Tecno-guarida, the still-frightened Bebop and Rocoso tell Shredder of their encounter. Thinking this was one of Krang's henchmen, Shredder calls him up and asks him if he sent a sumō wrestling toad. Krang tells him that there are no toads in Dimension X, but he is curious as to where this being came from, so he tells Saki he will investigate. Krang checks his computer and finds El Gran Bonzo's profile, and as he is familiar with Glutter and Magard, he decides to pay a visit.

The Tortugas and Moycat arrive on Magard, and Moycat says they need to find and rescue his friend Morgan, who is still imprisoned. They infiltrate the grounds and take out the guards. They find Morgan's cell and Rafael tries to bash open the door with his shoulder, but he ends up hurting himself. Moycat, after failing to stop him in time, unlocks it with the key he retrieved.

Moycat introduces the Tortugas to Morgan, but he tells them that Glutter is preparing the spacecraft to Earth as they speak. The team runs off to stop him, but they run into El Gran Bonzo. The Bonzo stops Moycat before they can fight, telling him that because Glutter treated him poorly, he's decided to turn against him. Suddenly, an alarm rings, and a number of guards rush out. The Tortugas, Moycat, and Bonzo battle the guards. Moycat stresses the urgency of getting to the ship before it takes off to Leonardo, and the Bonzo tells them that he will hold off the guards while they proceed.

The Tortugas, Moycat, and Morgan steal a truck belonging to Glutter's "police" force and Moycat rams the truck through the fence.

Glutter nears his goal of lifting off to Earth. Using an incantation, Glutter causes the Ídolo de Mácri to summon the being it represents. He tells Mácri that he has completed its orders, and Mácri tells him they'll leave in half an hour's time, and threatens him if he fails to complete the task. Glutter radios his henchmen the time limit, but is suddenly interrupted by the appearance of Krang. Krang asks him what he's been doing with his minion on Earth, and Glutter plays stupid until a soldier arrives to tell him that they're ready to invade. Glutter freaks out, but Krang proposes a deal, where if Glutter can help eliminate four specific Earthlings, Krang will help with conquering Earth - although it seems Krang has no intention on following through, as the dictator walks away. Glutter is suspicious of Krang, regardless.

As the police truck drives on, Morgan stops off so that he can break his family out of prison. He and Moycat hug as they part ways, then the remaining five storm the facility, taking out more guards, and board the spaceship. It begins to take off, and while sneaking past a corner, Rafael spies Krang. Moycat and the Tortugas confront Glutter and Krang, and Glutter uses the statue to summon Mácri. Mácri attacks and taunts the heroes, but Raf ends up simply destroying the statue with a flung sai, sending Mácri back to whence they came. Krang berates Glutter and they flee the ship in an escape pod. Moycat declares that the members of the population entranced by the statue are now free with its destruction, and he drops the Tortugas back on Earth before turning the spaceship back towards Magard. The Tortugas wonder if they'll ever see Moycat again, and he says that he hopes so.
