History[]
Saturday Morning Adventures[]
Creepy Eddie returns in A Very Creepy Sequel. During a patrol on Halloween night, the Turtles encounter Eddie, who kidnaps them and takes them to Nightmareland. He challenges them to reach the end of a yellow brick road by midnight and if they are successful, he'll return them to their dimension. If they fail, they will be his forever. All along their route are difficulties and monsters placed by Eddie in order to slow them down.
In The Good, The Bad, and the Ogg-ly, Eddie was recruited by Ogg to fight the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in his tournament, which Eddie was more than willing to accept. To do so, Eddie took on the guise of "otherdimensional Turtles", creating facsimiles of Leonardo from the Mirage universe, Donatello from the 2003 universe, Michelangelo from the 2012 universe, and Raphael from the Rise universe, as well as Jennika to create an uneven playing field. Once the 1987 Turtles lost to their various counterparts and Leonardo requested they all return home to where they belonged, Ogg cited that none of them actually came from their own timelines as that would have been far too complicated even for him and instead invited Eddie as a surrogate opponent. Once the ruse was up, however, Eddie was more than willing to go beyond what was promised and destroy the Turtles, breaking the deal he agreed to. Ogg, mainly concerned with completing the storyline while discussing with his moral guardians on what to do, intervenes by sealing Eddie inside of a glass jar, citing that he won't let Eddie eliminate the Turtles as long as he is still able to.
Trivia[]
- He is a caricature of Freddy Krueger from the A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, most notably his jumper, his habit of making wisecracks to morbidly compliment the situation, and his ability to invade people's dreams.
