History[]

In between bouts of the tournament, the fighters spends some downtime at the casino, mostly just to hang out or procure food, all the while other patrons are utilizing the games of chance. When the Ninja Turtles arrive here for the first time, Raphael causes trouble by taking out his anger at his forced loss against Guile by thrashing some of the games. The security foreman begins yelling at him for his disruption, but is interrupted by a man who has been trying to get him to investigate his sister's disappearance. Leonardo begins taking a special interest in the reports of missing fighters from the area. TMNT vs. SF #1

Later, during Donatello's match with Ken Masters, Raph and Guile come to blows outside the ring and Jennika throws Ryu into the ring (accidentally hitting Don) in order to attempt to establish some control, but it leads to an all-out brawl between the Turtles and the "Street Fighters" that spills out into the casino. While the two parties fight, M. Bison sends in a Bison Trooper "extraction team" to kidnap Raphael. The two sides put a temporary truce into place to fight off the Troopers, but they make off with Raph and Chun-Li, after she tried to interfere with their capture of Raph. A Trooper throws a smoke bomb and they get away with their quarries. TMNT vs. SF #2

It is later revealed that at least one of the Troopers was knocked out and regained consciousness after some time. He sped out of the casino to head back to his base. Guile spots him running on the casino's security monitor and he and Michelangelo give him chase. TMNT vs. SF #3
