Plot[]

The show begins at Chung I's home in China. His student is worried because he has not eaten, spoken, or moved in days. Chung I tells her that he is watching over the glass before him and says that he will have some tea. After his disciple leaves, a face comes out of the mirror.

In New York, Leonardo lectures Raphael about endangering the entire group. He rides his motorcycle to blow off some steam but gets ambushed by a group of Foot Soldiers. He leads them to a warehouse and starts to fight. In Central Park, Splinter is playing chess with his blind friend, Andre, when he senses that Raph is in trouble and heads off to help. At the lair, Donatello uses his satellite system to find out that Raph is in trouble. The Turtles take off in their Humvee. Splinter gets there just as Raph is overwhelmed by the Foot and defeats them. Splinter lectures Raph about riding a loud motorcycle and the Turtles in general about acting wild.

Somewhere else in New York, Shredder is unhappy to hear that his Foot Soldiers have been defeated by the Turtles and Splinter again. He commands them to defeat the Turtles by any means necessary.

Back at the lair, Splinter is meditating, releasing his spirit to the realm of dream. Chung I appears and tells Splinter the realm of dreams is no longer safe and that dragons are coming. After returning his focus to the world, Splinter talks to Raph about his anger.

In China, things are coming to a head. Chung I decides it's time to explain the glass to his apprentice. Thousands of years ago, dragons ruled the world. Chung I's ancestors sealed the dragons away in the glass. The dragons have found a way to the realm of dreams through Chung I's mind and plan to take back the world.

Meanwhile, Michaelangelo decides to ride his go-kart in the sewers. The Foot spot him and follow him back to the lair. Michaelangelo crashes through the wall just as the Foot attack. Splinter is also there, having returned to the realm of dreams. A new entity has taken control of the realm and captures Splinter. Chung I tries to rescue Splinter but is attacked by the face in the mirror. After fighting off the Foot, the Turtles notice something is wrong with Splinter.

In China, a dying Chung I asks his disciple to go to New York and save Splinter. As she promises to obey, she lowers her hood and reveals herself to be another mutant turtle, Mei Pieh Chi.
