Earth Protection Force is a secret black ops governmental organization whose job is to protect Earth from alien invasion. They hunt down and capture aliens and mutants. It was commanded by John Bishop. Earth Protection Force was created when Bishop was captured and experimented on by aliens, and he created an organization to stop the aliens. Following Bishop's death, leadership was taken over by Director Braunze.

After an attack by a brainwashed Slash, Seymour Gutz life-supporting suit is irreparably damaged. With his friend kept alive by machines, Mondo Gecko makes the decision to break into the E.P.F. with a shopping list supplied by Lindsey Baker. He is aided by Michelangelo, who has to try to control his friend when Mondo begins raging against the facility that once held him captive. ...And Out Came the Reptiles
