E.J.E. Factory Warehouse is a location appearing in the TMHT adventure comics. The building is a disused factory near Kennedy Airport.
After the Turtles have a chance encounter with a gang of muggers, they learn from their friend April O'Neil that the gang is called Vultures and are led by someone known as The Beak. She tells the Turtles that the Vulture's "nest" is located in a disused factory near Kennedy Airport. Wearing their usual disguises of trenchcoats and fedoras, the green team travel to the location April gave them and find the E.J.E. Factory Warehouse is actually just on the other side of a fence surrounding the airport property. When they enter the factory, it seems empty save for stacks of crates and chains with hooks dangling from the ceiling. They quickly find themselves surrounded by the Vultures and confronted by The Beak. The Muggers
