Dynamic Taro (ダイナミック太郎, Dainamikku Tarou), real name Kondo Taro (近藤 太郎, Kondou Tarou), made his debut as a mangaka in 1997 with "Summer Letters" (Magazine FRESH). He won an honorable mention in the Magazine Newcomer Manga Award.
He was the writer and artist of Mutant Turtles: Ore Tacha Kame na 4 Shinobu-gumi. In a blog post he said that he thought that he had not gotten the job to do a new Mutant Turtles manga because it took 3 months to get greenlit after he had pitched the idea so he was very surprised once he got the job.
