Dwayne Kowbird is a mutant crow and the leader of a group of scavengers also consisting of Usub Gerstalk, Cosgrave, and Tap. He doesn't actually care about his team and is only with them for his own advantage. He has plans on getting Cardania to take the brunt of the conflict with The Empire of Humanity, and then loot the site.
