Dottor Leonardo Mister Hyde episodio 1, (Doctor Leonardo Mister Hyde episode 1), is a story in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic published by Rizzoli. It appeared in issue 11, 1991, of the Italian children's magazine "Corriere dei Piccoli".

Summary[]
Open on Leonardo doing the unthinkable – fighting alongside Shredder against law enforcement! The story began earlier, with the Turtles having cornered Shredder. Leonardo tells him to be smart and give up. Shredder, however, was looking forward to encountering them. He opens the door of a truck and several Ninja del clan del piede exit, each carrying a staff with a hypodermic attached to its end. As Michelangelo smashes one, he exclaims with excitement that they are only armed with small lances. Leonardo warns him to watch out, and then he is stabbed in the arm.
Leonardo grows woozy and drops his swords. The other Turtles rush to his side to check on him. Though all of his soldiers have been destroyed, Shredder gloats. Leonardo doesn't know who he is and then asks the other Turtles who they are. Raffaello tells him they are his beloved companions, but Leonardo suddenly lifts his swords and states they are his hated enemies. Donatello blocks a sword strike with his bō and Raffaello asks what to do. Donatello says they can’t attack him and calls for a retreat. As they run, Shredder shouts that he wants them thin sliced.
Later, underground in the Tecnodromo, Shredder congratulates Krang on his Dr. Jekyll-Mr. Hyde formula. Krang calls it the Egoin-Neuronal Inverter. Shredder pronounces Leonardo to be his best mutant. Turning to Rocksteady and Bebop, Leonardo demands to know what they are waiting for and to get moving with the device they are standing next to. The two mutants complain at taking orders from Leonardo, who begins reaching for his sword. Shredder tells him to calm down and he will take care of it. He then tells Rocksteady and Bebop that when his faithful deputy chief talks to them, he wants to see them jump. The pair quickly lifts the device, but Rocksteady says that he is humiliated and worries if his mom found out. Bebop says he didn’t know Rocksteady had a mom and asks if he visits her often. Rocksteady says he never does because the director of the women’s prison doesn’t want him to go visit her.
Meanwhile, on the surface, Splinter and the other Turtles have moved into an abandoned warehouse. When Michelangelo asks why they moved, Splinter tells him that Leonardo knows how to find their lair and might decide to pay them a visit… accompanied by a battalion of Ninja del clan del piede. Michelangelo says that the injection turned Leonardo’s personality inside out like a sock. Raffaello says that they must not give up, they have to find a way to treat him. Donatello says that to find the antidote they need a serum sample and he doesn’t think Shredder will give them one.
April O'Neil arrives with the last load from the lair. Splinter thanks her for her help and she replies that is what friends are for. She tells the Turtles not to be demoralized by what has happened. April says she knows just what they need as a pick me up and leaves. Soon, April is at a pizzeria where she gets four super pizzas with pickles, green pepper and cream puffs, causing the cook to comment that she must have a dinosaur stomach. As she leaves, she thanks him for the compliment, but says they’re not for her. April hasn’t gone far when she is suddenly confronted by Leonardo. He tells her he knew that monitoring the best pizzeria in town would be a good move. Then Leonardo demands that she accompany him to her friends, otherwise…

- This is the first instance where a Turtle is called by a nickname when Leonardo calls Michelangelo “Mike”.
- Leonardo drops his swords after being stuck with the syringe, but in the next panel, they are in the sheaths on his back.
