Doodley is a recurring character in the Le Tartarughe Ninja comics. He is an officer in the New York Police Department and second-in-command to Capitano Stearnes.

Police Officer Doodley is usually seen accompanying Captiano Stearnes, the captain of the New York Police Department. Stearns is often the target of reporters' requests for comment and their sarcasm. One such reporter who especially gets under Stearns' skin is the tenacious April O'Neil. Another irritant is Doodley as he often undercuts Stearnes' ill-conceived public relations statements by telling the truth about their investigations out of naïveté.
