Donald Edward "Dandy Don" Simpson is a comic book artist best known for Megaton Man and Pteranoman. He also worked on She-Hulk, Forbidden Frankenstein, 1963, Border Worlds, The Savage Dragon, Looney Tunes, Wasteland, Negative Burn, Action Comics and Bizarre Heroes.
