Synopsis
The Turtles are preparing to go to a Halloween party, and happy about for once being able to interact with people out in public. Outside four goons are under the impression that a rich old lady lives above Second Time Around, and plans to rob her. They break in, but are attacked by the disguised Turtles. During the fight their costumes are ruined, so they end up going to the party wearing their usual belts and bandanas.
