Demon Eyes is a Purple Dragon member appearing in Back to the Sewer. He is a well-built man who carries a pair of swords in scabbards on his back.

When an enraged Hun throws Claw and Dagger from his office, Demon Eyes is among the gathered Purple Dragon members on the floor below.

In Hacking Stockman, Demon Eyes is among the Dragons who attack the Turtles when they arrive to stop the gang's jewel theft. He appears again later patrolling the perimeter of the Purple Dragons Headquarters building.
