Deadshot is a member of the Smile Clan in a world merged from two different versions of Earth. He is an expert marksman who fires bullets from special gauntlets on his forearms, and a loyal follower of the Laughing Man.
He was part of the Smile Clan force sent to retrieve an extra-dimensional meteorite but encountered Batman and the Ninja Turtles. After Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo all defeated their Smile Clan foes, he threatened to shoot them if they moved, but was immediately defeated by Leonardo.
In part 4, Deadshot is one of the Smile Clan members to be captured by Oroku Saki/Shredder and used as bait to draw the Laughing Man to the A.C.E. Chemical plant. He is still tied up when Batman helps Harley Quinn regain her memory. Deadshot is not seen again once the final battle begins and there is no indication that he was ever released.
